Briar is a new social network that works entirely p2p (without servers) and hides all metadata. It uses end-to-end encryption with forward secrecy and works without the internet as well (over Bluetooth, LAN, etc.). When communicating over the internet, Briar uses Tor internally and every peer is a hidden service.
